The Feel Great System packages a few of those habits into a routine that’s easy to follow: a yerba mate drink in the morning, a fiber drink before your larger meals, and a defined eating window. For some people, that structure makes healthy choices feel less like willpower and more like routine.
We want to be clear about what it is — and isn’t. Feel Great is a set of dietary supplements. It is not a medication, it doesn’t replace medical care or a prescribed treatment plan, and you never need to purchase it to be a patient here.

Each Feel Great kit is a 30-day supply: one box of Balance (30 stick packs) and two boxes of Unimate (60 stick packs).
Morning
Unimate
A concentrated yerba mate drink mix. Yerba mate is a plant from South America that’s been enjoyed as a traditional beverage for centuries. It naturally contains caffeine (roughly comparable to a cup of premium coffee), theobromine, and chlorogenic acids. Sweetened with stevia, no added sugar.

How It Works
A Simple Daily Routine
Feel Great is designed to pair with time-restricted eating (often called intermittent fasting). Unicity’s guide suggests working up to a 14–16 hour overnight fast — but it’s flexible, and many people start with 12 hours.
Start with Unimate
Drink Unimate in the morning in place of breakfast, and have a second serving before your first meal if you’d like.
Balance Before Meals
Take Balance right before your largest meal — or before lunch and dinner — with plenty of water.
Eat Well in Your Window
Focus on protein, vegetables, and whole foods during your eating window. Supplements support good nutrition — they don’t replace it.
Fasting, caffeine, and added fiber aren’t right for everyone
Talk with us first if you:
- Are pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive (Unimate contains caffeine)
- Have diabetes or take medication that lowers blood sugar — fasting can affect how those medications work
- Are on a GLP-1 medication or another medical weight-loss program
- Take prescription medications — fiber can affect how some medicines are absorbed, so timing may matter
- Are sensitive to caffeine, or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or anxiety
- Have a history of disordered eating, or digestive conditions affected by fiber
- Are under 18
Some people notice gas or bloating when they first add more fiber. This usually eases within a few weeks; starting with a half portion can help.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Feel Great a weight-loss medication?
No. Unimate and Balance are dietary supplements, not medications, and they work very differently from prescription weight-loss treatments. If you’re looking for medically supervised weight loss, see our Medical Weight Loss program.
Can I use it with my weight-loss or hormone treatment?
Possibly — but please ask us first. GLP-1 medications already slow digestion and reduce appetite, and adding fasting and extra fiber may not be appropriate for everyone. We’ll look at your full picture before recommending anything.
Do I have to fast?
No. The routine is designed around a daily eating window, but you can adjust it — or simply use Balance before meals and Unimate as a coffee alternative. Start with whatever is sustainable for you.
How much caffeine is in Unimate?
Unicity states a serving has about as much caffeine as a typical cup of premium coffee. Because it comes from a natural plant source, the exact amount can vary. Avoid it late in the day if caffeine affects your sleep.
What results should I expect?
Everyone is different. Many people find the routine helps them feel more satisfied between meals and stick with a consistent eating schedule. We don’t promise specific outcomes — results depend on your overall diet, activity, sleep, and health.
